Cloud & Compliance Architecture
China–EU dual-region cloud, CI/CD and monitoring, plus the technical implementation of GDPR and PIPL requirements.
Typical challenges
- EU customer data sits on servers in China without a clear cross-border setup
- Manual deployments with no reliable rollback
- No monitoring or backups; incidents found late
What we deliver
- Dual-region architecture (JD / Alibaba / Tencent Cloud + Azure / AWS EU regions)
- Data-flow mapping, data residency and access control
- Technical controls: consent management, log retention and similar
- Automated deployment, rollback, monitoring and backups
- Runbooks and incident playbooks

Engagement models
Three ways to work with us
Start with an assessment, then extend into a project or an ongoing retainer.
Assessment
1–2 weeks to map the current state, goals and constraints, ending with an architecture plan, quote and milestones.
Fits: direction set, solution open
Project
Fixed scope and milestones, weekly iterations visible on staging, delivered with documentation and handover.
Fits: a clear build goal
Retainer
Monthly operations, monitoring, content updates, security upgrades and continuous improvement.
Fits: running reliably after launch

FAQ
Do you give legal advice?
No. We implement the technical side and work with your lawyer or compliance adviser, whose judgement prevails.
Can you migrate without downtime?
In most cases, yes: we plan staged migrations with tested rollback.
Do we need deployments in both China and the EU?
Not always. It depends on where users are, what data is processed and access requirements; the assessment compares single- and dual-region options on cost and risk.
Why sign releases?
Signing means the server only accepts builds that CI built and tested: if a download channel is tampered with, unsigned or mismatched artifacts are rejected.
